1. Eligibility.  The French Bee Airlines “O.O.O. La La” Promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older (or 19 if resident of AL or NE). Please note: entrants must have a valid US passport in order to be deemed an official winner of any Prize in this Promotion. Employees of French Bee (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively with Sponsor, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Promotion Period.  The Promotion begins on July 13, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 13, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").
3. Promotion Overview.   The Promotion consists of a spin-the-wheel instant win game (the “Game”) portion, and a Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) portion. Entrants must first submit an entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion to be eligible to play the Game portion of the Promotion. The only way to play the Game is to first submit an entry into the Sweepstakes portion.
4. How to Enter the Sweepstakes Portion of the Promotion.  During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants can enter the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion by: (a) finding and scanning the Promotion QR Code using their smart phone which will take them to the Website, (b) by following the Promotion link in various French Bee social media posts which will take them to the Website, or (c) by visiting the Website directly at www.frenchbeeoutofoffice.com (the “Website”). Once on the Website, eligible entrants must complete and submit the online entry form, which includes verifying their email address. Upon submitting the completed entry form and verifying their email address, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing (an “Initial Entry”). Once an entrant has successfully submitted an Initial Entry, the entrant can earn a bonus entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing by clicking on the TikTok and/or Instagram icon(s) on the Website entry page (each, a “Bonus Entry”). Limit of one (1) Initial Entry and two (2) Bonus Entries (one per social media platform) into the Sweepstakes random drawing, per entrant, during the entire Promotion Period. The Initial Entry and each Bonus Entry are collectively referred to herein as the “Entries.”
5. How to Play the Game Portion of the Promotion.  To play the Game for a chance to win an Instant Win Prize, upon submitting the Initial Entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion, the Website will direct the entrant to the Game, where the entrant must spin the wheel to see if they are a winner of an Instant Win Prize; the result will be pointed out by an arrow (each, a “Play”). Instant Win Prizes are available to be awarded at various pre-determined random times throughout the Promotion Period. If, the message on the screen immediately following a Play reveals a “You are a Winner” message, that entrant is a potential Instant Win Prize winner, subject to verification per the instructions below. If the message on the screen immediately following a Play reveals a “You are not a Winner” message, that entrant is not an Instant Win Prize winner. Limit of one (1) Play per entrant per calendar day, for a total of 31 Plays during the entire Promotion Period. However, there is a limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per entrant during the entire Promotion Period.
   
   If an entrant receives an Instant Win Prize winning message as indicated in the paragraph above, they will automatically receive an email notification from Sponsor or Administrator requesting a reply within 24 hours from the time the email notification is sent to confirm eligibility. Upon Sponsor’s or Administrator’s receipt of the initial email reply within the 24-hour timeframe, Sponsor or Administrator will then email an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where legal), (collectively, “Prize Release Documents”) to the potential Instant Win Prize winner. The potential Instant Win Prize winner must then complete, sign and return the Prize Release Documents within 5 business days of Sponsor or Administrator sending the Prize Release Documents, in order to be deemed an official Instant Win Prize winner. Upon receipt of the completed Prize Release Documents within the 5-business day timeframe, Sponsor will e-mail the Instant Win Prize winner instructions as to how to claim their Instant Win Prize. In the event a potential winner fails to meet any of the deadlines set forth above, that potential Instant Win Prize winner forfeits their right to be deemed an official Instant Win Prize winner and win the Instant Win Prize. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for emails that go into the SPAM or Junk folder, are unanswered within the timeframes set forth above, are undeliverable, or for any technical glitches interfering with the email messages being sent or received.
   
   In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry or Play, the entry or Play will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.
6. Sweepstakes Random Drawing:  On or about August 14, 2026, Sponsor or Administrator will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner via a random drawing, to be conducted from among all eligible Entries received during the entire Promotion Period. Odds of being selected as the potential Grand Prize winner depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor or Administrator will notify the potential Grand Prize winner via email (“Grand Prize Notification”). The potential Grand Prize winner must respond to the Grand Prize Notification within 24 hours of Sponsor or Administrator sending the Grand Prize Notification message or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor or Administrator may select up to three (3) alternate Grand Prize winners. If, after the initial Grand Prize winner and the three (3) alternates, the Sponsor or Administrator is still unable to verify a potential Grand Prize winner, the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
   
   Upon receipt of Grand Prize winner’s response to the Grand Prize Notification, Sponsor or Administrator then email the potential Grand Prize winner the Prize Release Documents (defined in Official Rule #5), along with a W9 tax form. The Grand Prize winner must complete, sign and submit the Prize Release Documents and W9 tax form to Administrator within 48 hours of Sponsor or Administrator sending the Prize Release Documents to the potential Grand Prize winner, or the potential Grand Prize winner will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for emails that go into the SPAM or Junk folder, are unanswered within 48 hours, are undeliverable, or for any technical glitches interfering with the email messages being sent or received.
7. Prizes, Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) and Odds: One (1) Grand Prize –  Four (4) round-trip Economy Smart tickets to Paris, departing from New York, Miami, Los Angeles or San Francisco (as selected by the Grand Prize winner, in their sole discretion) (each, a “Departure Airport” or collectively, the “Departure Airports”) for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests via Sponsor’s airlines, and Sponsor-specified round trip ground transportation to the Departure Airport for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests. ARV: Up to $6,000.00, depending on the number of guests selected by the Grand Prize winner and where the Grand Prize winner resides. In the event the Grand Prize winner selects fewer than three (3) guests, any remaining value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner, which will be forfeited in its entirety. Ground transportation may not exceed $250.00 USD per person (round trip), and the specific ground transportation is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only the actual cost, not to exceed $250.00 USD per person, will be awarded for the ground transportation portion of the Grand Prize. Sponsor will submit a 1099 to tax authorities in connection with the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and reservation number. Guests must be the age of majority, or the child/ward of the Grand Prize winner if under the age of majority, and will be responsible to complete, sign and submit a liability and publicity release (where legal) as a condition of being named the official guest of the Grand Prize winner.
   
   Three (3) Instant Win Prizes - One round-trip Economy Smart ticket to Paris, departing from New York, Miami, Los Angeles or San Francisco (as selected by the Grand Prize winner, in their sole discretion) (each, a “Designated Airport” or collectively, the “Designated Airports”) for the Instant Win Prize winner via Sponsor’s airlines, and Sponsor-specified round trip ground transportation to the Designated Airport for the Grand Prize winner. ARV: Up to $1,500.00 each, depending on where the Instant Win Prize winner resides. Ground transportation may not exceed $250.00 USD (round trip), and the specific ground transportation is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only the actual cost, not to exceed $250.00 USD, will be awarded for the ground transportation round trip portion of the Instant Win Prize.
   
   Flight taxes and airport fees related to the tickets will be fully covered and paid by the Sponsor.
   
   Prize Terms. All elements of any Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and all travel must occur one (1) year from the date the Prize is officially awarded to the winner, or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Round-trip tickets must be booked at the latest, one (1) week prior to the intended departure date. In the event a winner (regardless of where any of their guests may reside, as it relates to the Grand Prize) resides within a 150-mile radius of any Designated Airport, the winner will not receive the ground transportation portion of the Prize, which will be forfeited in its entirety and not be awarded. Each Prize winner (and each of their guests, as it relates to the Grand Prize) is solely responsible for all other costs not specified in these Official Rules, including any accommodations needed upon arrival to Paris, meals, taxes, local and long-distance telephone calls, insurance, additional baggage fees, and other personal expenses associated with the Prize. Each Prize winner (and each guest as it relates to the Grand Prize) must have a valid U.S passport, which does not expire within 6-months from the last day of travel in France. Prize winners are solely responsible for any local, state or federal taxes associated with any Prize. Once made, travel dates are final and will not be extended. Prizes are non-transferable, not substitutable, non-refundable, non-changeable, non-cumulative (limited to 1 ticket per winner/guest) and cannot be exchanged for cash, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize, or any portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. If a Prize winner (and/or a guest of the Grand Prize winner) miss the initial departure as scheduled, the Prize winner will forfeit the Prize in its entirety. If a Prize winner (and/or a guest as it relates to the Grand Prize) are not present for the designated return flight, the winner is solely responsible for the return to the Designated Airport. Sponsor is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations and in the event such delays or cancellations occur the Prize may not be awarded. Prizes are granted subject to seat availability in the dedicated booking class at the time of reservation. The Sponsor shall not be held liable or responsible for the unavailability of flights on the specific dates chosen by the winner. The Sponsor shall not be held responsible if a passenger fails to check-in before the registration deadline or fails to show up for the flight. In such an event, the passenger will be deemed a "No Show", their ticket will be immediately and permanently canceled, and no rescheduling, postponement, or compensation will be granted. Winners and guests accept that they may be subject to offloading/boarding denial on the day of departure without any financial compensation or indemnity, depending on operational constraints and flight management measures on that day. The Sponsor's General Conditions of Carriage and Sale (available at www.frenchbee.com) apply to all travel made on the Sponsor’s flights and prizes awarded.
   
   All international travelers must present a government issued passport for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information, please visit the State Departments consular website at www.travel.state.gov or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's website at www.dhs.gov. It is the traveler's responsibility to provide proper documentation. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what is printed on their travel documents must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree.
   
   The total ARV of all Prizes (Instant Win Prizes and the Grand Prize) to be awarded in the Promotion is up to $10,500.00 USD. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.
8. Entry Conditions and Release:  By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
9. General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award any remaining Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Promotion as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, Plays, and/or Prize claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Limitations of Liability:  The Promotion Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, Promotion plays, Prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries, Promotion Plays or Prize claims, the announcement of the Prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry or Play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry or Promotion play in the Promotion, provided that the Promotion has not been terminated. If due to a computer programming or other error, more entrants are notified and/or Instant Win Prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule #6, Instant Win Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all valid Prize claims received. Inclusion in such a drawing shall be entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under the circumstances. If a drawing is required, it will be conducted by the Administrator, who is independent from Sponsor and whose decisions shall be final. In no event will Sponsor be liable to award more than the stated number of Instant Win Prizes in Rule #7. All potentially winning Plays are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
11. Disputes/Governing Law:  Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners or recipients or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be (a) resolved within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt of initial notice of dispute from the entrant to the Sponsor (b) In the event Parties are unable to resolve any dispute amicably then dispute shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the state of New York under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a three (3) independent arbitrators who are former or retired New York state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow the consumer arbitration rules (as amended or supplemented from time to time) of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages, appointed in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, one of them by each party and the third by both appointed arbitrators. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of New York, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of New York. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of New York (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY ENTRANTS. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York.
12. Data Collection/Privacy:  It is reiterated that in order to participate in the Promotion, entrantsmust necessarily provide certain personal information concerning themselves. Entrants' information is recorded and used by the Sponsor to log their participation in the Game and Sweepstakes and to allow the awarding of prizes. Information collected from entrants in connection with the Promotion shall be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://us.frenchbee.com/en/privacy-policy. Entrants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data provided within the scope of this Promotion. They also have a right to object to their data being used for commercial prospecting purposes outside of their participation in this Promotion, which they may exercise upon the registration of their participation by writing to the Sponsor’s address.The winner(s) authorize the Sponsor to use their contact details (first name, last name, city of residence), as well as a photograph of the winner(s), for advertising or public relations purposes, on any media whatsoever, without this conferring upon them any remuneration, right, or benefit of any kind other than the awarding of their prize. In accordance with applicable personal data protection laws, any entrant has the right to demand that information concerning them which is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or outdated be rectified, completed, clarified, updated, or deleted by writing to the Sponsor at dpo@frenchbee.com.
13. Intellectual Property Rights:  The reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements comprising the Promotion, including these Official Rules, is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs reproduced on the website, as well as on the websites accessed through hyperlinks, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the law worldwide. Any unauthorized total or partial reproduction thereof constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.
